Ellen Massey is currently a Management Analyst at Thurston County Government, a position held since August 2024. Previously, Ellen served as a Management Analyst in Community Development and as a Management Analyst Fellow through the Local Government Management Fellowship at the City of River Falls from June 2022 to October 2024. Ellen earned a Master of Public Administration from Syracuse University's Maxwell School, where studies were completed from July 2021 to June 2022. Earlier experience includes roles as a TRIO Talent Search Advisor at Chemeketa Community College (June 2018 - May 2020) and Program Manager at MAXIMO NIVEL (2017 - 2019), along with an undergraduate education in Mass Communication at Linfield University from 2012 to 2016.
