Mamoun Al Amin has extensive experience in product certification and telecommunications, currently serving as Manager of Product Certification at Yahsat since June 2019. Prior to this role, Mamoun held the position of Senior Engineer in Product Certification at Yahsat and worked at Thuraya Telecommunications Company as Engineer of Product & Solution Certification since September 2002, contributing to project evaluations and product testing. Earlier in their career, Mamoun served as a Project Engineer at Atlas Telecom from April 1999 to June 2002, focusing on site management and the installation of TETRA Digital Trunking radio systems. Mamoun holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Khartoum, attained between 1982 and 1989.
