July Ndlovu is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the mining and minerals sector. Currently, July serves as Chief Executive Officer at Thungela, a pure play global coal business, since September 2016. Previously, July held the position of Chairman at Unki Platinum Mine and was an Executive Head at Anglo American from 2007 to 2016. Early career roles include Head of Technology at Anglo Platinum from January 2004 to July 2007. July Ndlovu's educational background includes a Master of Business Leadership from UNISA, an Executive Business Leadership degree from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business, and a BSc in Metallurgical Engineering from the University of Zimbabwe, supplemented by advanced management studies at Columbia Business School.
