Mr. Lawani is co-founder and Managing Partner of Helios Investment Partners (“Helios”) and has 25 years of principal investment experience. He has a B.S. in Chemical Engineering (with a Minor in Economics) from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, a Juris Doctorate (cum laude) from Harvard Law School and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
