Mitch Schwartz has a diverse work experience in the tech industry. Mitch is currently working as the Healthcare CTO at ThunderCat Technology, a position they started in February 2020. Prior to this, they served as a System Engineer at ThunderCat Technology from January 2018 to February 2020.

Before joining ThunderCat Technology, Mitch worked as a Senior Systems Engineer at ExtraHop Networks from February 2014 to January 2018. Mitch also held the role of Systems Engineer at NetApp from July 2012 to January 2014.

Earlier in their career, Mitch was a Storage Architect at Internetwork Consulting Services, LLC from October 2009 to June 2012. Mitch also worked as a Systems Engineer IV at Legg Mason from August 2006 to October 2009.

Mitch began their career as a Systems Engineer at Ciena, where they worked from July 2005 to August 2006.

Mitch Schwartz attended Rochester Institute of Technology from 2000 to 2004, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology. In terms of additional certifications, they received the following:

- In September 2011, they obtained the certification of NetApp Certified Data Management Administrator (NCDA).

- In November 2012, they obtained the certification of NetApp Certified Backup and Recovery Implementation Engineer (NCIE-BR) and NetApp Certified SAN Implementation Engineer (NCIE-SAN).

- In May 2018, they received the certification of PSE-Platform: PSE: Platform - Professional from Palo Alto Networks.

- Lastly, in August 2021, they were awarded the title of Top Partner Overall by ThunderCat Technology, under the institution of Veritas Technologies LLC.
