Michael Juno Paralejas is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in infrastructure operation and support. Currently serving as IT Supervisor at Thunderbird Resorts & Casino since March 2010, responsibilities include collaboration with the IT Head Office on policies and project implementation, and acting as the primary contact for vendors regarding IT issues. Prior experience includes the role of IT Staff at Thunderbird Resorts & Casino, where responsibilities involved analyzing end-user requirements and supporting operational IT planning. Earlier, as an IT Assistant at Opportunity Microfinance Bank from September 2006 to May 2009, Michael provided help desk support and managed workstation inventory and software compliance. A graduate of National College of Business and Arts, Michael holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science.
