Jocelyn Courtney, M.A., PCC, serves as Director, Management Advisor, Learning & Development at TGaS Advisors since July 2023. With extensive experience as Principal Consultant & Executive Coach at JC Leadership Group from August 2015 to July 2023, Jocelyn has coached senior leaders on high-performance team leadership, organizational culture, and emotional intelligence. Additionally, Jocelyn held roles in Learning & Organizational Development at Carbon Health, spearheading the establishment of the function as the first L&D hire and leading a 12-week Leadership Academy. Previous experience includes Learning & Development Lead at Fitbit, where Jocelyn managed new hire orientation and implemented a global employee engagement strategy. Education was completed at Claremont Graduate University with a Master of Arts in Positive Organizational Psychology & Evaluation.
