Caitlin LIN is an experienced professional specializing in international purchasing and supply chain management. Currently serving as Directrice des Achats Internationaux at Thuasne since June 2022, Caitlin oversees the international purchasing responsibilities for the group, managing a budget of 110 million euros and leading a team of 14. Prior to this, Caitlin held various roles at Adhex from August 2000 to May 2022, including Responsable des formalités douanières et des transports, where responsibilities included obtaining the economic operator status for export development, and Directrice de l'administration des ventes internationales, managing a sales team and developing Brexit strategies. Earlier experience includes leading procurement efforts in Europe for Air Liquide, managing high-purity gas purchases, and handling logistics for STOCK-IMPORT. Caitlin holds a Master 2 (M2) in Management Commercial International from emlyon business school.
