The Sales and Customer Success team at Thru, Inc. is responsible for driving revenue growth and ensuring customer satisfaction. They manage client relationships from initial contact through onboarding, providing tailored solutions and continuous support to optimize the use of Thru's enterprise file sharing and collaboration tools. The team includes a Sr. Manager of Customer Success who oversees client retention, Inside Sales Representatives who generate new business, a Senior Pre-sales Solutions Consultant who offers technical expertise, and Account Managers who maintain and grow existing accounts.
