Adam Tutka is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in capital markets and real estate investment analysis. Currently serving as Director of Capital Markets at Thriving Investments since December 2023, Adam previously held senior leadership positions at Greystar from October 2019 to December 2023, where responsibilities included oversight of strategic initiatives and team management. Prior to that, Adam contributed as Senior Manager at Artisan Real Estate Investors Limited and Corona Real Estate Partners Ltd, focusing on the commercial viability of real estate investments across the UK. Adam's early career includes roles as Senior Group Analyst at Global Construction Services Limited and Senior Financial Analyst at Norilsk Nickel. Adam holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Curtin University, completed in 2006.
