Ronald Ostezan, Jr., MBA has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Ronald is currently serving as the Market Director at Thrivent since June 2022. Prior to this, they founded The Mosaic Alliance in May 2001 and held the position until May 2022. Ronald also worked as a Regional Vice President at Provident Mutual Insurance and 1717 Capital Management Company from 1999 to 2001. Before that, they served as the General Manager at Mutual of Omaha from 1998 to 1999. Beginning their career, Ronald worked as an Independent Life Insurance Agent at The Audley Group from 1986 to 1998.

Ronald Ostezan, Jr., MBA has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Advertising from Michigan State University. Ronald also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Hartford.
