Kate Simmons has extensive experience in product management and user experience across various companies. Currently serving as the Director of Product Management at Thrivent, Kate has previously held roles such as Manager, Product Owner in Digital & Design, and Product Owner for Digital Experience. Prior experience includes positions at Fjord as Program Management Lead for Digital Experience and Service & Interaction Design Lead, as well as Associate Director of User Experience Strategy and Sr. User Experience Architect at Critical Mass. Kate also worked as an Information Architect/Content Strategist at Modern Climate and as a UX Lead and Information Architect at US Bank. Kate holds a Bachelor's Degree in Communication (Journalism) from Union Adventist University, obtained between 2002 and 2006, and has pursued further education through Thinkful.
