Ashley Buss has over eight years of experience in customer service and administrative roles, currently serving as the Senior Administrator for the Card Payments Program at Thrivent Credit Union since June 2015. In this role, Ashley manages sensitive communications and member accounts while processing financial transactions with precision. Prior to this position, Ashley worked at Xperience Fitness from June 2011 to June 2015, where responsibilities included providing customer service across three club locations, handling calls and live chats, and auditing personal training agreements.
