Jeff Mertz is a seasoned technology professional specializing in support services and network engineering. Currently serving as the Director of Support Services at Thrive since November 2023, Jeff previously held the same title at Safety Net from April 2007 until December 2024. Jeff's extensive experience includes roles as a Senior Network Engineer, Network Administrator, and Network Technician, with a focus on designing and deploying LAN and WAN data and voice networks, as well as managing virtual server and storage infrastructures. Jeff holds a degree in Telecommunications, Computational Mathematics, and Telecommunications from Michigan State University, completed in 2004.
