Bob Higgins is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and consulting. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant at Thrivence since July 2022, Bob has also held the position of President and CEO at Barge Design Solutions, Inc. since November 2007. Prior to these roles, Bob was the City Manager for the City of Franklin, Kentucky from April 2006 to November 2007 and worked as a Project Manager at Barge Waggoner Sumner and Cannon from May 1996 to April 2006. Bob Higgins earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from Vanderbilt University between 1995 and 1997.
