Allison Garrett, SHRM-CP, has a background in human resources spanning various levels of experience. Allison has worked as a Human Resources Specialist, a Human Resources Assistant, and as a Human Resources Generalist in companies such as goTRG and Marcum LLP. In their current role as a Senior People Business Partner at ThriveDX (formerly HackerU), Allison serves as a resource for HR matters, payroll processing, and facilitates HR needs across multiple facilities. With a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Management from Midway University, Allison has also held management positions at Darlin Jeans and has experience in administrative and customer service roles at Kroger and Midway University.
