Currently serving as a Senior Advisor at SVG Ventures | THRIVE and as the Founder and Manager of MountainReefs Strategy & Innovation Advisory since early 2024, Marion Meyer previously held key leadership roles at BayWa AG, including Chief Strategy & Innovation Officer and COO Cefetra Group, from 2012 to 2023. Additional experience includes managing director positions at BayWa Venture and SPHERAG 💧, as well as board member roles at organizations such as Amfora and Agro Innovation Lab GmbH.
