Jay Boudou is an experienced professional in mental health and business development, currently serving as the Head of Thrive Mental Health - Oceania at Thrive Mental Wellbeing since March 2024. Prior to this role, Boudou was the Regional Vice President for APAC at Virgin Pulse from March 2018 to March 2024, focusing on employee engagement and performance initiatives. Boudou has held various key positions in companies such as Deliveroo, Zomato, and Coca-Cola Amatil, with expertise in commercial strategy and sales management. Boudou began the professional journey as a Business Analyst at ANZ and has developed a strong foundation in psychology with a Bachelor's degree from Monash University.
