Leanna K. Carroll is an experienced professional in program operations and global education, currently serving as the Program Operations Manager at Thrive Scholars since February 2024. Prior to this role, Leanna held positions at World Education Services as a Global Operations Content Specialist, where responsibilities included leading training initiatives and developing educational materials, and as a Knowledge Analyst, ensuring database accuracy and implementing policy updates. Other notable experiences include organizing events for Columbia University's Global Thought program, coordinating global classroom initiatives at One To World, and supporting refugee youth programs with the International Rescue Committee. Leanna holds a Global Executive Doctor of Education from USC Rossier School of Education, a Master’s degree in Global Thought from Columbia University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Communication and Media Studies from Fordham University.
