Tara Keenan has extensive experience in human resources and labor relations, currently serving as the Director of Human Resources and Labor Relations Specialist at Thrive Group since January 2014. Previously, Tara held various roles at Thrive Group, including Assistant Director of Human Resources, HR Manager, and Senior HR Associate. Prior to that, Tara was the Business Manager at St. Peter's Residence at Chedoke from February 2004 to January 2014. Tara holds a Bachelor's degree in Sociology and Gerontology from McMaster University, obtained between 1999 and 2002, and additional education from Mohawk College from 2012 to 2014.
