Lisa Tiano is an accomplished educator and mental health advocate with extensive experience in supporting youth. Currently serving as President of REAL TeenTalk since 2017, Lisa's focus is on teaching empathy and inclusivity in educational settings for middle and high school students. As the Founder and President of REAL Teen Talk & InnerStarGirl since 2015, Lisa empowers pre-teens and teenagers to become healthy, confident, and authentic leaders. Additionally, Lisa contributes as a writer for Thrive Global and previously worked as a School Counselor at Kadima Day School from 2008 to 2011, providing crucial support for students facing social, emotional, and academic challenges. Lisa holds a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University-Los Angeles and a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from the University of California, Los Angeles.
