Shivani Zala is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience across multiple sectors. Currently serving as Project Lead and Performance Marketing Specialist at Thrive Digital since March 2022, Shivani holds certifications in Meta Media Buying and Google Search Campaigns. Previously, Shivani worked with DHL Express from April 2019 to March 2022 as a Marketing and Brand Specialist for Canada, where leadership in brand management, digital marketing campaigns, and cross-functional collaboration were key responsibilities. Earlier roles include Global Internal Communications Specialist at DHL Express in Germany, Director of Business Development at AIESEC Canada, and a Marketing Project Specialist at the Public Health Agency of Canada. Shivani earned an Honours Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing from the Telfer School of Management at the University of Ottawa and participated in a French Language program at Université de Moncton.
