Ryan Teall has been in the technology industry since 2007. Ryan began their career at Oracle as a Principal Solutions Consultant, where they provided Sales Consulting expertise in CX focus areas such as Social Media Management, Sales and Marketing Automation, Contact Center, and Knowledge Management. In 2014, they joined Five9 as a Senior Solutions Consultant and provided technical qualification, sales process and demonstration of Cloud Contact Center solutions. In 2017, they moved to Upstream Works Software as a Solutions Consultant, where they worked on the architecture and design of advanced Omnichannel solutions for Cisco Collaboration platforms. In 2019, they joined Blue Prism as a Senior Solutions Consultant, where they supported Strategic Accounts across North America. Ryan also founded Studio Eriksen, Ltd. the same year. Currently, they are the Director of Implementation at Thrio, Inc.

Ryan Teall attended Miami University, where they earned a BA and MA.
