Chris Madge, CHRP, is a seasoned professional in human resources with a diverse background spanning multiple roles. Currently serving as the People Operations Manager at THRILLWORKS since December 2021, Chris has previously held positions such as Human Resources Associate at Elanco and Talent Advisor at TalentMinded Inc. Prior experience includes serving as a Human Resources Assistant at Ray of Hope Inc. and as an Executive Assistant in Human Resources at Family and Children's Service of the Waterloo Region. Chris began a career in HR as a Benefits Administrator intern at Revera Inc. after working in various capacities at Zehrs Markets. Chris earned a Bachelor's degree in Speech Communication and Rhetoric from the University of Waterloo, complemented by studies at Humber College.
