Pradosh Gaonkar is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in both technical leadership and full-stack development. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer at Thrillophilia.com since April 2022, Pradosh has also founded ExpoThemes, which evolved from a college project into a highly trafficked site for Windows themes. Previous roles include Technical Lead at Wafer Electronics, where Pradosh developed a custom discounting engine and guided the team on Learnsure, and Data Engineering Lead at Alphalake Ai, focusing on building connectors for various platforms. Pradosh has demonstrated expertise in several programming frameworks and technologies, including Ruby on Rails and AngularJS, during tenure as a Software Developer at Vacation Labs. Pradosh holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Information Technology from Goa University, completed in 2015.
