Kimberly Young is a seasoned creative professional with extensive experience in design and project management across multiple roles. Currently serving as Creative Director at Threespot since December 2024, Kimberly integrates branding, strategy, content, design, and technology to deliver exceptional creative value. Prior experience includes Director of Design at Cro Metrics, where Kimberly led cross-functional design efforts, and several roles spanning from Senior Program Manager to Marketing Project Manager at Geiger, focusing on program management and marketing strategy. Kimberly began their career at Oxford Networks as a Customer Service Representative, showcasing a strong foundation in client relations. Kimberly holds a B.A. in Communications from Saint Joseph's College of Maine.
