Jillian Belmont is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in product development and project management. Currently serving as Project Development Manager at MerchSource since January 2024, Jillian previously held the role of Director Of Product Development at NoJo Baby & Kids, Inc from October 2017 to July 2023. Prior to that, Jillian was the Global Associate Sourcing Manager at The Walt Disney Company from April 2013 to October 2017, and served as Product Manager at Kidsline, LLC from June 2007 to April 2013. Jillian began the professional career as Territory Manager / Production Assistant at Mary Frances Accessories from June 2006 to June 2007. Jillian holds an Associate of Arts Degree in Merchandise Product Development from the Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising (FIDM), earned between 2003 and 2005.
