Anthony Caole serves as the CEO of Three Star Government Solutions, LLC since November 2013 and Three Star Enterprises, LLC since September 2006. Under Anthony Caole's leadership, Three Star has evolved from a startup to a prominent federal contractor, achieving over $7 million in annual revenues and receiving the 2012 ACF Assistant Secretary’s Award. Anthony Caole also held the position of Regional Director for the Alaska Region Training & Technical Assistance Center from December 2011 to April 2019 and worked as a Senior Management Consultant at CE2 Engineers Inc. Education includes ongoing doctoral studies in Global Security at American Military University, a Graduate Certificate in Emergency and Disaster Management, a Master’s degree in International & Intercultural Management, and a degree in Rural Development from the University of Alaska Fairbanks. Additionally, Anthony Caole is affiliated with the Ted Stevens Center for Arctic Security Studies since February 2024.
