Nicole Pacillas currently serves as the Assistant Manager at Three Dog Bakery, overseeing daily operations and staff supervision. With diverse experience in the hospitality and food service industries, Nicole has held various roles including Group Housing Coordinator at Marriott Marquis Houston and Front Desk Supervisor as part of the pre-opening team at The Laura Hotel. Past positions also include concierge roles at St. Regis Hotels & Resorts and The Post Oak Hotel, as well as leadership roles at Chick-fil-A and Taco Bell. Nicole holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, along with a minor in Marketing and a certificate in Entrepreneurship from the University of Houston.
