Sarah McNeilly currently serves as a Sr. Advisor at Allied Talent Partners within the Three Cairns Group since April 2023. Prior to this role, McNeilly worked at Business Talent Group as a Special Advisor from 2014 to March 2023, contributing significantly to consulting project placements and interim executive engagements. Additional experience includes serving as Vice President and a member of the Executive Committee at a previous firm, where responsibilities included raising Series B and Series C funding and facilitating a successful merger with Heidrick & Struggles. Earlier positions included roles as an Independent Strategy Consultant, Vice President of Strategy at Alstom, and Venture Director at Venturepark. McNeilly began a career in strategy consulting at Deloitte and gained initial experience as an Analyst at Credit Lyonnais.
