Melanie Leonard is an experienced professional in account management and client relations with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the VP and Head of Account Management at Thredd since October 2019, Melanie plays a significant role in delivering next-generation payment technology to banks and fintechs. Prior to Thredd, Melanie held positions at IDT Financial Services Limited as a Client Relationship Manager, where management of key BIN Sponsorship Clients was a focus, and at Barclays Wealth Management, where support for a £250M AUM book of accounts was provided. Additional experience includes roles at Z/Yen Group Limited, Challenger, and ING Australia. Melanie's educational background includes credentials from the CFA Society of the United Kingdom and the Association of Superannuation Funds of Australia, along with schooling at St. Ursula's College in Sydney, Australia.
