Pierre Noel is a security and risk management advisor who has worked for a number of major companies, including Microsoft, IBM, and KPMG. Pierre is currently a board member for PARIMA, a professional membership association for risk managers in Asia.
Pierre began their career in 2007 as an executive for security and enterprise risk management at IBM Corp. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing the security of IBM's global operations. Pierre left IBM in 2010 to join KPMG as a client lead partner and director. At KPMG, Pierre advised a number of major companies on risk management and security issues. Pierre left KPMG in 2012 to join Microsoft as their chief security officer for Asia.
At Microsoft, Pierre was responsible for overseeing the security of Microsoft's operations in Asia. Pierre left Microsoft in 2016 to join Huawei Technologies as their enterprise CISO and CPO. In this role, Pierre was responsible for the security and privacy of Huawei's enterprise operations. Pierre left Huawei in 2017 to join Grab as their acting chief security and privacy officer. Pierre left Grab in 2018 to join Makaris Strategies as their director of the board of directors.
