Taylor Kitz began their career in 2009 as a Quality Assurance Analyst at Blackbaud. In 2010, they moved to Wake Forest University as a Technology Analyst. In 2011, they joined The Zuri Group as a Technical Strategy Consultant. In 2014, they began working as a freelance Writer. Finally, in 2022, they became a Content Manager at ThreatBlockr, Inc.

Taylor Kitz has a Bachelor's degree from Wake Forest University, obtained between 2004 and 2008. Taylor also has four certifications from Blackbaud and the Scrum Alliance, obtained in 2013. These include a Luminate Online TeamRaiser, Luminate Online Consultant, Luminate Online Technical Specialist, and Certified ScrumMaster.
