Cindy Chen started their work experience as an Ecommerce Manager at 1928Jewelry Company in March 2007. In this role, they established the E-commerce department, managed the website department, and oversaw day-to-day activities for the E-commerce site. Cindy also handled marketing, merchandising, traffic acquisition, site conversion, site design, and improvements. Additionally, Cindy supervised web marketing, customer service, and shipping. Cindy ended their tenure at 1928Jewelry Company in January 2011.

Following that, Cindy joined Threads 4 Thought in September 2011 as the Director of Ecommerce. During their time there, they completed a major site update to Magento with integration to the company's ERP system. Cindy also developed and integrated new and growing business with Amazon.com, Amazon FBA, and overstock.com. The end date for this role is not specified.

Cindy Chen has a Master's degree in MBA from Princeton University. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in International Economy from Renmin University of China.
