Joe Ahlers, PHR, currently serves as a Human Resources Coordinator at THP Limited, Inc., following experience in talent acquisition at St. Elizabeth Healthcare and as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator at Best Point, where Joe facilitated the integration of over 100 employees during a significant merger. Previous roles include Program Coordinator at Strategies to End Homelessness, Inc., where Joe managed shelter diversion programs and coordinated with multiple agencies, and Community Support Specialist at Thresholds, providing mental health services in Chicago. Joe’s earlier positions involved case management and support for survivors of torture, as well as hands-on experience in resource management as an I&R Case Manager. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Theology from Saint Louis University.
