Swapnil Ahire is a Senior Software Engineer at Thoughtworks since January 2025, with prior experience as a Software Developer Engineer 2 at TraceLink from July 2023 to January 2025, where key achievements included transitioning legacy code to OpenSearch and saving approximately 9 Crores during the migration from AWS CloudSearch. Previously, Swapnil served as a Senior Software Engineer at Persistent Systems from October 2020 to June 2023, designing backend systems for financial dashboards and e-learning applications, as well as developing features for a widely-used e-learning platform. Early career experiences include internships at DNOS Solutions, where a professional website was created, and Cognifront, where multiple machine learning algorithms were implemented. Swapnil holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering from Vishwakarma Institute of Information Technology, completed in March 2020.
