Pramida Tumma is an accomplished engineering leader with extensive experience in the technology sector. Currently serving as the Engineering Platform Practice Lead and Engineering Director at Thoughtworks since January 2017, Pramida has also held various roles including Office Tech Principal, Engineering Lead, and Principal Consultant. Prior experience includes positions at Polycom as a Lead Engineer and Senior Software Engineer, along with a foundational role at Cisco Systems as a Software Engineer. Pramida holds a Master’s degree in Information Systems from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur, and a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad.
