Cici Zhang is a software engineer at ThoughtWire since December 2020, with previous experience as a product support specialist at ecobee and a private tutor across various educational levels. At ecobee, Cici collaborated with product managers to improve UX/UI and documented customer interactions using Zendesk. Cici has also served as a freelance illustrator and developed customer service skills through art sales at conventions. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Waterloo and a completion of a Web Development Immersive Bootcamp at Juno College of Technology in 2020. Additionally, Cici held several tutoring roles, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to student development.
