Dushyant Bansal is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in leading software development teams and projects. Currently serving as the Director of Engineering at ThoughtSpot since May 2019, Dushyant leads the Search Data team that underpins the core search functionality of the platform. Dushyant's previous experience includes roles at Facebook, where participation in the WhatsApp KaiOS team contributed to the rapid growth of the app in India, and earlier positions at ThoughtSpot and GoGoVan, where leadership in mobile and iOS development was pivotal. Dushyant's career began with foundational roles at Directi, Google Summer of Code, and IBM Extreme Blue. Dushyant holds a combined B.Tech and M.Tech in Computer Science from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi.
