Agam Jain is a seasoned security professional with extensive experience in information security across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Staff Security Engineer at ThoughtSpot since May 2021, Agam previously worked as a Senior Information Security Engineer at ServiceNow and as an Incident Response Lead at HCL Technologies, where responsibilities included leading incident response teams and defining procedures for security incidents. Experience also includes roles as a SOC Analyst at Fujitsu Consulting India, providing support for security operations, and as a CDAC Trainee, gaining foundational knowledge in networking and cybersecurity. Agam holds a PG-Diploma in IT Infrastructure & System Security from ACTS-CDAC and a B.Tech in Electronics & Communication from Poornima Institute of Engineering & Technology.
