Elliot M. is an experienced engineering manager currently leading the Payments department at Thought Machine, where responsibilities include overseeing two teams focused on product platform services and front-end application engagement. Previously, Elliot served as a Tech Lead Manager and Back End Engineer in the Product Infrastructure team, actively contributing code in Golang and Python. Prior to Thought Machine, Elliot worked at Barclays as an Innovation Architect, developing architecture patterns for cloud-based applications, and as a Graduate Architect, participating in Enterprise Architecture projects. Elliot’s career began with a summer analyst role at Barclays, followed by tutoring in Maths and Physics, and various leadership positions during academic studies at the University of Manchester, where a Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering was obtained.
