Braxton B. currently serves as a Race Engineer at ThorSport Racing, starting in February 2024. Previously, Braxton held the position of Operation Excellence Intern at Hendrick Motorsports from May 2023 to December 2023, where responsibilities included developing work instructions for manufacturing procedures and addressing Non-Conformance issues for quality enhancement. Braxton also worked as a Teacher Assistant at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte from August 2021 to December 2023, aiding students with course material and grading. Other experience includes a Value Added Production Systems Co-Op at BMW Manufacturing Co., LLC, focused on continuous improvement in the Paint Shop, and a Shift Manager role at McDonald's from May 2018 to August 2020. Braxton B. earned a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, having attended Central Academy of Technology and Arts from 2015 to 2019.
