Jay Trinckes is a seasoned information security professional with extensive experience in data protection, compliance, and risk management. Currently serving as the Data Protection Officer and CISO at Thoropass since October 2021, Jay oversees the implementation of privacy and security controls, leading certification efforts for HITRUST, ISO, and compliance with GDPR and CCPA. Previous roles include Group Manager at Avanade, where strategic security advisory was provided, and Technical Director at NCC Group, where complex projects required unique security expertise. Jay has a strong educational background with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/MIS from Union Institute & University and an AA in Liberal Arts from the University of Florida.
