Pam Curtis is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in talent operations and technology. Currently serving as Vice President Talent Operations and Technology at Thornton Tomasetti since February 2020, Pam previously held the same title in the company. Prior to that, Pam spent a decade at Bunge Limited, where responsibilities included leading the global HRIS system and serving as HR Manager/Business Partner for the Americas. Pam's HR career began at Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, progressing from Staffing Specialist to Manager of Compensation, and notable accomplishments include the development of the company's first Affirmative Action Plan and managing significant HR initiatives. Pam holds a BS in Biology and Sociology from SUNY Geneseo.
