Raymond Doidge is an experienced professional with a diverse background in customer service and account management. Since April 2017, Doidge has served as a Key Account Coordinator in Distributor Relations at Thorlabs, where responsibilities include managing global distributor relationships and overseeing supply chain operations. Prior experience includes roles as a Customer Service Representative and Order Fulfillment Specialist at Thorlabs, and a Server at both Ryland Inn and Black Forest Inn, where leadership and training were key components. Additionally, Doidge contributed as a Call Center Mentor for the Rutgers University Foundation, focusing on fundraising initiatives. Doidge holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Rutgers University–New Brunswick.
