Grete Kungla is an experienced professional in human resources and event organization, currently serving as the Chief Culture Officer and Head of Human Resources at Thorgate since May 2021. In this role, Grete focuses on shaping company culture, enhancing employee well-being, and aligning HR strategies with business objectives. Additionally, Grete is the Head Organizer at NGO Python Estonia, leading the organization of the PyCon Estonia conference. Previous roles include stage management for opera and theatre productions at Vaba Lava and R.A.A.A.M., and a project manager position for the applied theatre conference "Drama - Connecting People."
