Alisa Chaiyaporn is an accomplished Registered Nurse with extensive experience in both clinical and home health settings. Since February 2014, Alisa has provided medical services at Thorek Memorial Hospital, focusing on patient triage, vitals, prescription management, referrals, and EKGs, while effectively communicating with various medical professionals regarding referrals. Prior to this role, Alisa worked as a Home Health Nurse at Angel Home Healthcare Services from March 2012 to 2015, performing admissions, discharges, and evaluations of patient conditions. Beginning their career at Presence Health from April 2005 to 2014, Alisa supported pharmacy operations as a secretary and pharmacy technician. Alisa holds an Associate's degree in Registered Nursing from City Colleges of Chicago-Harry S Truman College and is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Registered Nursing at Oak Point University.
