Trevor Fairlie is an experienced legal professional specializing in corporate and securities law, currently serving as Counsel at Thomson Reuters. Previously held the position of Legal Counsel in the Office of Mergers & Acquisitions at the Ontario Securities Commission and worked as an Associate at Groia & Company Professional Corporation. Trevor has also contributed as a Legal Consultant for the Asia Pacific Foundation of Canada during a trade mission to South Korea and has provided invited guest lectures and presentations on select topics.
