Frank Chaiken is a Partner and Corporate Practice Group Leader at Thompson Hine LLP, where Frank has worked since December 1993, specializing in Mergers and Acquisitions and Cross-Border Transactions, particularly in Switzerland and Germany. Chaiken leads a team of over 90 within the firm's Corporate department and serves as the Chicago Partner-in-Charge. In addition to their role at Thompson Hine, Chaiken has held several trustee positions with organizations such as Talbert House, the Vocal Arts Ensemble of Greater Cincinnati, and the World Affairs Council of Greater Cincinnati. Previously, Chaiken was Legal Counsel for Sandoz AG, where Frank acted as the sole division counsel for the worldwide agrochemicals business, and Frank began their career as an Associate at Duane Morris LLP. Chaiken earned an AB in Philosophy from Harvard University and a JD from Boston College Law School.
