Ryan Thompson has a diverse work experience spanning over several organizations. Ryan started their career in 1998 as a part of the Business Process Outsourcing Group at Arthur Andersen. From there, they moved to Hyperion Solutions Corporation, where they served as the Director of Internal Audit until November 2006. In December 2006, Ryan became the Managing Partner at Thompson Golf Group, overseeing the operations of four daily fee golf clubs in Arizona and Minnesota. In 2009, they established Thompson Financial Services, LLC, where they continue to hold the position of Managing Partner.

Ryan Thompson completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Accounting and Business/Management from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University from 1995 to 1998.
